Here at Alex City Gymnastics, our competitive gymnastics teams strive to provide a positive, safe, and fun atmosphere for gymnasts. Our goals are to help gymnasts experience success through personal development and team unity. We create an environment which teaches gymnasts to set goals and have fun while learning to work hard to achieve their goals. We believe encouragement from coaches and parents are vital components in helping gymnasts reach their goals.

Welcome!! We are excited that you are here visiting our website to learn more about our program. We have a very dedicated group of leaders, parents, and team members. One of our main objectives in these classes is FUN! We believe that fun and exciting gymnastics classes will help our students learn more effectively. Our classes are designed to keep kids engaged in learning gymnastics and many other important aspects to healthy living. It's a great way to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination for other types of physical activities and we have fun building positive learning attitudes at the same time!

WHO IS USAG?

"USA Gymnastics is the sole national governing body (NGB) for the sport of gymnastics in the United States. It gets this designation from the International Olympic Committee and the International Gymnastics Federation. USA Gymnastics sets the rules and policies that govern gymnastics in this country. Training and selecting the U.S. Gymnastics Teams for the Olympics and World Championships are just two of the many responsibilities of USA Gymnastics."

As part of the competitive program gymnasts will also learn sportsmanship, determination, teamwork, and most importantly improve their self-confidence for gymnastics and life. Our mission for our competitive gymnasts is to promote success in gymnastics, as well as in life. Our competitive gymnastics program consists of training teams for beginners to competitive gymnastics and teams for Level 1 through Level 7.
